The Building Blocks

The three focus areas of the program provide the basis for the building blocks: “Healthy U”, “Beyond Boundaries”, and “Life Apps” that guide the C.O.R.E. curriculum and implementation. The modules serve as the guiding principles for the design, content development and delivery of sessions and activities in alignment with the mission and purpose.

Healthy “U” is a module that encompasses the whole participant. It will explore topics that focus on financial, mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of life.
Beyond Boundaries module focuses on servanthood. Through this module, the participants will learn to appreciate the art of giving and going beyond the normal. Provide challenging opportunities for youth to make a difference in the lives of others through direct involvement and lessons learned.
Life Apps module focuses on dealing with the many facets of influence on our youth: from the world of social media and the world-wide web, our youth are pressured on every side. There’s an “APP” for this and an “APP” for that. What buttons are our youth clicking? How do they respond to peer pressure?
